Refund & Cancellation Policy

drawguard.io is sold through our third-party Merchant of Record. Refunds and cancellations are also subject to the Merchant of Record's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Free plan

drawguard.io includes a free plan (1 trading account, free forever). There is no charge, so there is nothing to refund — you can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

14-day free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start, but you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged for a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge. Email support@drawguard.io and we will process it.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@drawguard.io with your account email, or use the billing options in your account. Refunds are issued via our Merchant of Record to your original payment method. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
